Berry Sauce
Add 1 cup of water to 200g berries and bring to the boil Turn
down the heat and simmer to reduce to half. Partly mash with
a fork or blender. Can be used either hot or cold as a topping
for ice cream or any desert.
Use as a sauce on meat, chicken, turkey, even fish.
Berry Tarts
1. Cut shapes from puff pastry
2. top with berry mix
3. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake until golden brown.
4. Serve with you favourite ice cream or cream.
Berry Mix
1. Use on muesli or through your favourite cereal.
2. Use berry sauce in plain or vanilla yoghurt.
3. Use dry berry mix in salads
4. Use berries (dry) in muffins or cakes 5. Bake you favouite
sweet breads.
